There are orchestras where, after some time, the only thing that seems to unite everyone is that almost nobody remembers why the orchestra exists.

The room fills with ego, vanity, status, resentment, jealousy, rivalry, comparison, fear of being judged, fear of making a mistake, wounded pride, personal drama and the desperate need to be seen. Every rehearsal becomes a parade of personalities, each one deeply committed to serving their own ambitions, their own insecurities and their own unresolved stories.

It is hardly surprising that an orchestra struggles to sound as one when almost everyone is playing for a different reason.

All The Wrong Reasons Orchestra is a satirical reflection on what happens when a place created to serve music gradually becomes a stage for personalities, ambitions and unresolved human conflicts.
