Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Dispatch Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for order preparation before dispatch for ready to send items, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Time
Standard domestic shipping within Australia: approx. 2–6 business days
International shipping: delivery times vary depending on location

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking
All parcels include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by Australia Post or international carriers. Once a parcel leaves our studio, it is the carrier’s responsibility.

Return to Sender / Incorrect Address
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
