PURCHASES, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for supporting House of Margarita.
Each artwork, couture piece and handcrafted creation offered through this store is produced in limited quantities or as a one-of-a-kind original. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, measurements and images carefully before placing an order.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
All original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Due to the nature of original art, all sales of original artworks are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.
If an artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
COUTURE BIKINIS AND HANDCRAFTED ITEMS
Our couture pieces and handcrafted creations are individually made, embellished by hand. For hygiene, artistic and customisation reasons, all couture bikini sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Print-on-demand products are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
As these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, colour preference, or ordering mistakes.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you believe your order has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and a description of the issue.
Claims submitted after the timeframes outlined above may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
