Return and Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of every piece we create. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our couture bikinis, swimwear, and accessories, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item is damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at margaritaagadzhanian@gmail.com . Include your order number and supporting images. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly after payment. As such, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. We are unable to cancel or modify custom or already processed orders.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details, sizes, and preferences are entered accurately at the time of purchase.
